Chief Customer Officer
Chris is the newest partner and Chief Customer Officer at Milestone, having joined in June 2019. Chris has over 20 years of Utility Industry and IT Management experience. Prior to joining Milestone, Chris served as an IT Director at Vectren Corporation for almost 14 years and was responsible for Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure Strategy, operations and execution of those strategies. In his last 3 years at Vectren, he was responsible for all aspects of IT related to the Financials and Program Management as well as running large scale programs. These programs involved selecting and implementing an entirely new enterprise application stack. Chris led the Vectren team through the transformation with Oracle, using, at that time, an unknown and unproven innovative Agile approach and a disciplined out of box mentality to implementing and building application software. Prior to Vectren, Chris was a consultant with Keane for 7 years as a Principal Consultant serving the Utility, Telecommunications and Insurance industries. Chris holds a degree in Marketing and Computer Science, from the University of Indianapolis. When he is not working, he enjoys time with his wife, 2 daughters, and 2 dogs. Chris lives in Evansville, IN.
